The architecture features dramatic exposed timber frame details and walls of windows to maximize the expansive water views. The objective was to take these stunning, open concept spaces and make them comfortable and livable on a human scale. This was achieved by scaling up the custom furniture to the volume of each room to insure proportion, balance and comfort.
Through close work with the architect the interior spaces were customized to showcase the timber frame architecture, maintain water views from every room of the house and still create comfortable livable spaces.
This home features many custom luxury details and finishes yet lives as a casual, approachable lakeside home.
